Attendees learn how to locate necessary information in the application and efficiently document reviews. Students receive hands-on training, discussions, and best practices. Centurion Workflow Implementation Manager

This course trains attendees about the complex workflow system within the Centurion Management System. This training is considered a high priority for those individuals responsible for managing the review and approval process, including acting as lead reviewers for Management of Change (MOC) items. The goal is to prevent errors in the approval and review workflow process by addressing critical issues.

Administrator Training

Technical configuration of the SmartProcedures platform and the Centurion workflow engine.

SmartProcedures Administration

The first day of this course is the Site Administrator training course, which instructs attendees on managing project-specific documentation, employees, equipment, and material assets to ensure accurate updates of the Centurion Management System software. This instructor-led training course demonstrates the system's flexible scheduling and linking functionalities to employees. The Site Administrator role is an important function that can render reports and manage access rights and notifications.

The second day covers the SmartProcedures Administrator training course, instructing attendees on managing high-level procedure options. Trainees are trained on creating and managing procedure templates and all procedure-related functions available in SmartProcedures, including developing efficient administrative global options and generating effective reports.
