Creating procedures are now more intuitive than ever. The interface has been redesigned to simplify the process and eliminate unnecessary steps.

• Language selection now takes place in the Settings menu after procedure creation, rather than during the initial setup.
• The layout and workflow have been optimized for greater clarity and efficiency.

Streamlined Image & Attachment Insertion

Inserting images or supporting documentation has never been faster. The new insert interface minimizes clicks and friction, accelerating your workflow.

New Intelligent Tools: Object Locator + Real Time Smart Objects

Two innovative tools ensure greater consistency and accuracy across your procedures:

• Object Locator Tool scans the entire procedure to identify plain text that matches predefined smart objects (such as equipment names or references) and suggests automatic replacements.
• Real-Time Smart Objects expands this even further, detecting these matches as you type and offering one-click conversions in real time.
  Together, these tools help enforce standards automatically and significantly reduce the need for manual cleanup.

Contextual Right-Click Actions

Right-click menus are now available on steps and sections in the tree view, bringing the Web Editor closer to the Desktop Editor experience and speeding up navigation.

Manage Summary of Changes, Right from the Web Editor

You can now edit and manage the Summary of Changes directly through Tools → Manage Summary of Changes, centralizing the workflow and eliminating the need to switch applications.

Reorganized Procedures Administration Menu

To improve clarity and reduce clutter, administrative options have been regrouped under four intuitive subheadings:
